Profit Partners
Profit Partners is a business development partnership linking distributors and dealers. This unique parts and equipment marketing program developed by Profit Strategies, Inc. draws together more closely HVAC distributors and their existing and potential customers through the use of Quality Service Pricing™ (QSP) and Quality Replacement Pricing™ (QRP).

The Investment

You can choose to either invest money by way of paying a portion of the fees for QSP and QRP, or you can invest by way of committing your Territory Managers time and talents to invite your customers to a meeting you will sponsor.

We generally recommend that you pay a portion of the set up and monthly fees by way of a credit back to your customers' accounts as your dealers reach their monthly, quarterly or annual sales quotas with your company. You determine the amount of the set up fee and/or monthly fees you will pay, if any, and your customer pays the difference. Remember, contractors will have little or no incentive to become involved in a purchase quota within the Profit Partners program without distributor involvement in fee payments.

Should you choose to invest your TMs' time in support of the Profit Partners program, you must commit to a minimum of 10 contractor principals per meeting, preferably more, to make Profit Partners work best for everyone.
